Hello,

Congratulations on the first 'real' topic in this English Forum! Here's your 2nd topic. icon_smile.gif

I just wanted to let you know about the email notification I received due to the topic posted previously. The link took me to the German sign on screen, and after entering my username and password I was *not* transferred to the actual message. Instead I was presented with the English cubeware.com homepage.

Here's the link in the mail:

Ronald, good catch. I noticed that when I am already logged in to the cubeware.com forum, the link works perfectly. If I am not logged into cubeware.com, then I experience the same issue you have mentioned.

Thanks, Seth! It's good to know I'm not the only one. icon_wink.gif

By the way, Forum admins: the private message feature has not yet been activated here (the little envelope icons are greyed out).

What's more, when I click a smiley nothing shows up in the message body (this works perfectly on the German Forum).

I have asked the tech support team to check for this and they are already taking care of it. Hopefully the issue will soon be solved.

Hello Mr. Beuker, Mr. Burgess,

thanks for your advices. As Steffen mentioned our tech support already takes care. Referring to the "private message feature" I should define, that you have to activate this function yourself within your "profile". There are small boxes on the right side behind your personal data, which allow you making your data public. This also affects the possibility of personal messages. Once activated the envelope icon will be yellow... icon_smile.gif
